Official Rules: Free Car Fridays Giveaway
1. Only one entry per household per week will be allowed.
2. Entries will be accepted during normal business hours Saturday thru Friday (closed on Sundays) at Nissan of McKinney located at 3800 S Hwy 75 McKinney TX 75069. Entries will be accepted until 7:59 p.m. on Friday evenings.
3. Each Friday at 8 P.M. an entry will be drawn at random for the Free Car that is designated by Nissan of McKinney, at its sole discretion.
4. The car to be given away will be on display at the dealership.
5. Must be present at the Friday evening drawing to win. Nissan of McKinney reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or to not award the prize if winner is not present.
6. All entries must be submitted at the dealership on official entry forms. Entry forms are available at the dealership or online at http://www.nissanofmckinney.com.
7. Entries will not be carried forward to the next weeks contest. All entrants, excluding winners, may re-register for subsequent drawings .
8. Entrants must be at least 18 years old, a licensed driver and a legal US resident to enter.
9. No alternate prizes will be awarded.
10. No purchase is necessary to enter; a purchase will not increase chances of winning. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of entries.
11. Winner is responsible for disclosing the value of the prize as income (if applicable) and is responsible for any tax consequences. Winner is responsible to pay tax, title and license fees on the vehicle. The dealer will file IRS form 1009 on behalf of the winner.
12. Employees of Nissan of McKinney, its parent company, marketing agencies, related sponsors and immediate family members of employees or members of an employees household are not eligible to participate.
13. Contest winner understands and agrees that the dealership makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, and disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, with regard to the vehicle; and that in no event shall the dealership be liable for incidental or consequential damages or losses arising out of the vehicle. Winner releases and holds harmless Nissan of McKinney and any affiliated company form any claim arising from winning of the contest.
14. Winner agrees to allow his or her name and/or photo likeness to be used in future dealership marketing.
15. A list of winners will be available at the dealership during this giveaway. To obtain a copy, please visit Nissan of McKinney or send a self addressed, postage affixed envelope to: Nissan of McKinney, 3800 S. Hwy 75, McKinney. TX 75069.
16. Nissan of McKinney reserves the right to modify rules or discontinue the contest at any time at its sole discretion.
17. Your address on the entry form must match the address on your DL or ID card- you must have your DL or ID with you to claim your prize at time of drawing. Also, only regular “copy” paper will be accepted. No extra thick paper or postcard material paper will be accepted. Each entry must be of like thickness and exact same in size. 18. The winner is required to have liability insurance.
